Since beginning her career in Personal Training Brittany has had a passion for improving the quality of movement and wellness in her clients life. By focusing on the details that you can control and truly connecting with your body you can achieve so much. In all fields of her expertise, Brittany influences and inspires her clients to become their personal best by teaching them how to set and achieve their ever-changing personal goals for overall health and wellness. With each opportunity to further her education Brittany was able to gain experience with another aspect of the human body. It is what gives her the ability to assist in creating sustainability and longevity in her clients success. Her true passion lies in coaching detail oriented clients who love to share every detail of their wellness with their coach, clients with unique postural needs and coaches wanting to become better coaches. In founding SophroSYNC Fitness Brittany has been able to pursue all her passions at full force and has found a way to be able to grow more than just her own career. SophroSYNC can allow other Personal Trainers and online coaches the freedom they want with the structure their clients need. She created accountability features that help clients to be self aware as well as excited to check wellness habits off of their to do list. She has organized systems and processes that allow for client and trainer efficiency so you aren’t searching for answers you have yet to figure out. Having more time to engage with your clients instead of opening up email tabs and searching for files allows for more results and less confusion. Brittany created SophroSYNC at a time where she needed her career to accommodate her lifestyle as well as her need to help more people achieve their goals.

Personal growth is a self-love project that takes many forms of effort every single day.

Coaching is Brittany’s life. She has invested years getting educated in all different forms of the human body. Brittany graduated from her Personal Trainer and Nutrition Science programs and began her career working as an in person Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She began building her business around working one on one with clients as well as small group training and bootcamps in a busy gym setting. The more she learned and experienced the more she felt she needed to know. When the opportunity came adding in Fascial Mobility Training & Massage schooling gave her the ability to truly find her niche.

Brittany loves helping people get down to what is truly holding them back from reaching their fitness goals. Often working with unique health challenges and mobility issues because of her experience with a wide variety of clientele, Brittany is constantly analyzing the lifestyles and movement patterns of her clients to ensure she can help them improve their daily living. Her true passion lies in postural health and holistic wellness behaviours.
