WHAT COACHING OPTION IS BEST FOR ME?
Not sure what option or coach is best for you? No problem you can do a free consultation with our lead Personal Trainer today by simply filling out our contact application here! Already purchased? Also not a problem, we can easily adjust your plan if you need to upgrade or adjust your subscription and easily refund you the difference within a few business days once we figure out what option is best for you.
BILLING
You can pay directly through our website once you decide which coaching option here. Once you decide which option you’d like to go with all you do is click and go! If you purchase through our website you will just be charged as you accepted with no further payments. To continue coaching beyond your primary purchase you and your coach will set up your ongoing payment plan together! If it is decided you will do a monthly payment then your payment will come out on the same day as purchase each month, mark it in your calendar! Prefer not to have a monthly payment? We do 3, 6 and 12 month prepaid options for our Excel clients! Talk to us about our payment plans today by reaching out to us here.
UPGRADES OR ADD ONS?
Want to upgrade your subscription or add on a challenge mid month? If you already know what you want click on your accounts page and simply adjust your plan. If you are unsure but looking for more let us know and we can help you with that. The difference in your payments will be reflected in your next bill if you are adjusting your subscription. Our system calculates the cost difference down to the literal second so you don't have to! If you are adding on a challenge or joining an accountability group it is a simple one time purchase. We can easily get this all sorted for you if you email hello@sophrosync.ca.
UPDATE OR UDJUST YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION?
You can update your PAYMENT method by emailing hello@sophrosync.ca. To upgrade any other account information you can do so easily by opening the app, tapping on the Menu icon and then opening the Account section which will give you options to change your password, switch your plan, and review your purchases!
ACCOUNT HOLDS
Hey, we get it. Life happens, you're a cultured and adventurous person and you want to travel, or maybe you’re trying to save and need to tighten up your finances. Whatever the circumstance we have a solution for you.
$20 Monthly will keep your account as is, without any additions to your program, save all your previous photo check-ins, and allow you to keep tracking your progress so your Trainer can stay up to date when you return from your time off!
$50 Monthly will include all the benefits above PLUS one check in with your trainer.
Account holds are a wonderful alternative to cancellation especially if you know you want to keep working on your fitness goals, but have some things that need to take higher priority short-term. You'll need to let us know within 30 days so we can approve and process your request. Please send all account hold needs to hello@sophrosync.ca.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Should you decide that its time to part ways we will definitely miss you! Cancellation requires 30 days notice. If a billing date falls within those 30 days that will be considered your final bill. Don't worry, you get what you pay for and will have access until 30 days after your final payment. Due to the nature and delivery method of our services we do not offer refunds. If at any time you are dissatisfied with your Subscription orTraining services PLEASE do not hesitate to contact hello@sophrosync.ca (This E-mail address is confidential and only seen by our customer service team) and of course we will do everything we can to address your concerns! You matter to us!
CONTENT PRVACY
We greatly appreciate and encourage getting social media engagement. We love seeing you guys online and encourage you to motivate your online following with sharing your journey, however we respectfully request that our SophroSYNC subscribers withhold from sharing any detailed training or nutrition information with any non-subscribers. This extends to family, friends, and posting detailed videos or captions on social media of your paid programming. You have invested in a service that is specifically tailored to your body, and we would like to do our best to maintain the integrity and liability of our company by keeping those programs private to our clients. We know you'll understand! If on the off chance we discover that extensive app content has been shared we reserve the right to terminate the subscription immediately with no refund. If you want to post something but aren't sure just ask your coach and we can definitely help you out in deciding if it is the right choice! In addition to that you will be asked to sign a media release form so that we can share your progress on our social media page as well! If you aren’t comfortable with signing this that is absolutely no problem. Your pictures are of high confidentiality within our company unless we are given permission to share!
