Lesson 7
“If you do not make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness."
Congratulations, you’ve made it to the most challenging week yet! This week we’re talking about the dreaded meal prep. While it may seem overwhelming, the issue is actually just about deciding how much effort you’d like to put in daily and how much time you can commit weekly. It doesn’t have to look like 40 tupperwares in the fridge. In fact, it may not require much cooking at all. Prepping one - two meals at a time will help ease you into the process. Hopefully, the ease and convenience of having those meals prepped will hopefully inspire you to prep again (more and more) the following weeks. Were discussing batch cooking, tupperware, tools to make it easier, freezing, one pan prep and more! Nothing to be scared of, let’s get into it!
Things To Remember
Fill out your daily check-in form each day, as well as the weekly recap each Saturday before noon!
Each lesson topic will have a daily or weekly challenge (sometimes both!). You don’t have to master these all at once.
Remember our goal with these challenges is to have you integrating these habits into your daily and weekly routines.
Try your best but be honest about whether you’ve completed the challenges or not- this is only hindering your own success because we will not be able to offer you additional help and resources!
Challenges to Turn Into Habits
WEEKLY: Plan, shop and execute! Decide if you'd prefer to accomplish your meal prep in one day, split between several days, or smaller batches twice throughout the week. Prepare a meal plan for the week and write a shopping list. What meal do you struggle with the most? This should dictate which meal you decide to prep for the week. Acquire your groceries and then get to work! Tell us how you managed in your daily check in.

DAILY: This one is easy... if your prep goes as planned, your only daily goal will be to enjoy the meal you prepped. Bon appetit!
