We suggest taking our your daily planner and scheduling out your plans to implement your daily gratitude and movement!
On the home page you will find access to the 20 day yoga for souls revival and 30 days worth of workouts! Simply start from day 1 and work your way through to get the best out of the programs! If you miss a day or switch from yoga to the fitness program start back where you left off! These can be done from home with minimal equipment so make it work for you! The video demonstrations help and of course you can add weight or more bands etc if you are more experienced.
Self massage and recovery and mobility can be done as needed but we do recommend adding in at least 5 mins daily for some true self love!
