REFLECT & MEDITATE Throughout your day

Think about all of the things that you hold close to your heart. At the end of your night, sit in an easy position. Close your eyes and take 3 slow deep breaths. Think about what you loved about your first day of practice, observing all of the small victories you achieved today. Journal them down!
