With 20 minutes, for 20 days learn to re-shape your core beliefs through the many limbed practice that is yoga. There isn’t a lot you need to do in one day, but the best results will come from showing up for a little each day. Some days you will feel very inspired and that will be great! Other days you might feel too busy, or too tired and those will be the days you will get the most out of your practice. Those are the days you will remember. We often don't recall the moments of normality, when we are having a good routine day. We remember however when things were exceptionally difficult, and how we were able to just be present AND make significant changes.
