Just as our reality has been shaped by our past beliefs and unspoken thoughts, we can now shape our present moment and mindset by creating new intentions. Believe in the power of what you are saying to yourself, and you will naturally create a healthier inner dialogue . Record what intentions you set and believed in today and name what kinds of things they are able to replace. Mediate and breathe deeply for 3 minutes or more.
