Repeat “I am that I am” while in your morning reflections before yoga. This phrase helps us to feel safe and grounded. It connects us to the collective whole. Take a minute throughout your day for this practice and see how you feel after. At the end of the day, set your timer for 5 minutes and mediate, bringing your focus to the mantra “I am that I am”. Journal any things you notice.
