REFLECT & MEDITATE Throughout your day

Note some things that you expect of others or of events and how they may feed into an unrealistic perception and let you down. Let go of those expectations and enter into a flow state. Take time today to practice breathwork every time you feel justified to expect something other than what is. Journal a time when an unforeseen circumstance actually helped you in a way you DIDN’T expect. Time yourself 5 minutes of meditation.
