REFLECT & MEDITATE Throughout your day

Search for any walls that need to be broken down. These walls could have kept you safe before, but now it’s time to build bridges. Note throughout your day how can bridge your physical yoga practice into all areas of your life. Journal how you have used your practice so far to bridge yourself to what you deserve. Take 5 or so minutes to breathe deep and meditate.
