REFLECT & MEDITATE Throughout your day

Take a few moments amidst the business today to pause, and connect with your own inner peace. Find a safe haven within your own energy. Notice how you feel when you can pull yourself back from work for a moment to sit and breathe. At the end of the day, list 3 self coping mechanisms that you can think of for yourself. Record what you think is important about self soothing when. Meditate on this for 5 minutes or so.
