REFLECT & MEDITATE Throughout your day

Surrender yourself to the flow of the day. Try your best, with non attachment. Let go of all obstacles you subconsciously might put in the way of your intention, your happiness.

At the end of your day: Sit in an easy position. Take three cleansing breaths. Close your eyes, and observe how you practiced surrender today, in the simple ways. Take some time to journal this down.
