REFLECT & MEDITATE Throughout your day
Notice throughout the day where you feel like you might need or want things. Notice what these things are, and if they would have any real effect on your true happiness, of if they feed into unproductive habits. At the end of the day, set your timer for three minutes and meditate on how everything you need is held within your own capacity to be there for yourself. For your journaling reflection after, note a few things that you feel attached to, that you think you could be better without.
