Notice all the times today when you try to suppress what you are really feeling Take a deep breath and give yourself full allowance to say, feel, and be what you need to express. Notice the change in communication with yourself and other when you express yourself freely. At the end of the night, take some slow deep breaths, set your timer for 3 minutes and meditate on self expression.
