REFLECT & MEDITATE Throughout your day

Anytime you feel anxious or overwhelmed, feel your feet pressing into the floor. Sit up tall, and take your breath practice. Take a step back from the situation and sit in stillness for at least one minute. Change is achievable within the moments we take for ourselves to ground. Feel rooted in your body and intentions. This will anchor you Record at the end of the night what happens when you bring your awareness back into the moment. Set your timer for 3 minutes and bring yourself home.
