CYCLE THROUGH WORKOUTS 1-4 THROUGHOUT THE NEXT 30 DAYS WITH YOGA BEING ONE YOU CAN ADD IN ANY ORDER OR HOWEVER MANY EXTRA TIMES YOU WANT. THE GOAL IS TO HAVE COMPLETED EACH WORKOUT A MINIMUM OF 4-8 TIMES A MONTH DEPENDING ON HOW MANY WORKOUT DAYS PER WEEK. THE GOAL OVERALL WITH REPEATING THE WORKOUTS ARE TO NOT ONLY ENSURE A HABIT AND IMPROVEMENT/COMFORT IN THE MOVEMENT ITSELF BUT ALSO TO TRY TO INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH OR ENDURANCE BY ADDING REPS, BANDS, WEIGHTS OR MORE RESISTANCE SOMEHOW.
