This is how you get the best out of your coaching! The more detail the better. Answering each field is extremely important for your best client experience. All the information you give helps us to be able to help you to the very best of our abilities. If you are feeling rushed then keep in mind for a “quick” check most importantly we will need your height, weight and visuals! This information is highly confidential and is only ever seen by Jewel, Brittany and/or Natalie. Photos or progress reports would never be shared without your permission and a signed consent first so please do not ever worry about that when checking in!



CHECK IN PHOTOS

In order to see proper visual progress it is extremely important to make sure each check in your photos are consistent! I love being able to see the changes just as much as you do! These steps are crucial as they are the only way your coach can see what is going on! Pick a spot in your house with decent lighting. Avoid strong lights like LED or even just too much natural light can take away from me being able to see muscle definition! I highly suggest have a friend or family member to take the photos for you OR to invest in a set-up of some sort like a tripod! Being able to keep your LOCATION the same helps SO much. Pick a clean, neutral background that easily contrasts your body. Each check in you will need to submit photos for all SIX poses. These visuals should show you how important it can be. Mirror selfies and awkward angles just don’t do enough justice! Please keep in mind to see proper progress a sports top and shorts or a bikini type outfit is best but please feel free to stay within your comfort level. Even if you are unsure how comfortable you are sharing your photos a bikini style outfit with me or publicly please take them to keep for yourself! It is unreal how many people regret that when they are 20-30 lbs down and really wanting to SEE it. The human body in all its forms is beautiful!
